International Deliveries
Overview The following information on Australian Deliveries includes all states, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory.
It does not include information on deliveries to Norfolk Island or the Australian Antarctic Territory. If you require information on deliveries to Norfolk Island or the Australian Antarctic Territory, please contact Mollycoddled Pets using the details found in the "Contact Us" page.
All items shipped by us within Australia are carried by Australia Post using their regular parcel postal service.
Some items which are dispatched from other warehouses may be shipped by courier and this will be highlighted in the item description page.
Signatures may be required for some deliveries. If the item cannot be signed for at the specified delivery address, they will then be delivered to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection.
Free Postage and Handling
The "Free Postage and Handling" offer is only available for Australian Deliveries using our standard delivery services, excluding deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The "Free Postage and Handling" offer is available once the cost of the products purchased reaches the "Free Postage and Handling" amount for your state or territory.

Please note this offer is not available for deliveries to Western Australia and the Northern Territory and is due to the much higher shipping charges to these areas.
After a order has been confirmed, any change to your order or return of items may result in a change of the "Free Postage and Handling" offer.
Australian Postage and Handling Costs Postage is automatically calculated at the time of order for Australian Deliveries.

| * Most of our products do not have a "Cost per kg for large items" charge. Typically this charge will only apply to larger or heavier items (e.g. Bedding) and reflects the much higher shipping charges to areas such as Western Australia and the Northern Territory. All items subject to this charge will have "WA/NT" followed by the Kg amount in the item description. All weight charges are calculated using cubic weight measurements as decided by Australia Post or appropriate courier services.

If you require a quicker delivery, an Australia Post express post service at additional charge is also available. Please contact Mollycoddled Pets to arrange for this service.
Order TrackingYou can trace your order up to the time of shipment through our website if you have logged on as a registered shopper You can register and logon to our shop using the login facility located on the left hand bar on most of our web pages.
Once an order has been shipped, the order should usually arrive within the time specified in the table above. We can trace all orders if they have not arrived seven days after their expected delivery time.
We do not send emails out to customers once orders have been shipped as many people consider this spam.
Immediate ShippingWe have a large range of stock at hand and can in most cases ship goods within the same day of them being ordered (if ordered before 1pm AEST on a working day). See "Product Orders" in Terms & Conditions for more details.
Snooza shipment delays over holiday periods
This section is set aside for any announcements on Snooza product delivery delays due to factory holidays. Most Snooza products are made upon order so a factory closure will cause a shipment delay.

Snooza Factory Christmas and New Year holidays 2011/2012
The Snooza factory will be closed for
holidays from Sunday the 24th of December 2011 to Sunday the 8th of
January 2012 inclusive.
All orders and payments for Snooza products made after Thusday the 15th of December 2011
may not be shipped until after the factory re-opens. There may also be
some unavoidable delays in shipments after the factory re-opens and
processes orders from the holiday period.
Orders will still be taken during this holiday period. |
International Deliveries
International Deliveries
All International Deliveries are available via Mail-Order or Fax-Order only using the Fax/Mail-Order form. Anyone outside Australia should fax to the number +61 35439 7003. Once received, Mollycoddled Pets will inform the customer via email of the final cost, including delivery and the order will be sent once payment has been received.
