Refunds Policy:
Any refunds or warranties mentioned in the description for any
individual product on this website will supersede the following Refunds
and Exchanges Policy where applicable. Also, any specialised
Manufactures Guarantee or Warrantee will supersede the following
Refunds and Exchanges Policy, although in some cases returns and
repairs may have to
be arranged directl
y with
the Manufacturer.
Defective
Product
Any defective product which has been used as according to the
Manufactures instructions and is returned to Mollycoddled Pets within
30 days will be exchanged by Mollycoddled Pets. If an exchange is not
available, the customer will be given the choice of having the item and
appropriate shipment costs refunded. If the customer chooses and if
available, the item may be returned to the manufacturer and
repaired. Only standard economy Australia Post shipping costs
will be refunded. If another means of shipping is chosen by the
customer,
the costs will not be refunded. "Cash on delivery" or "Postage Due"
items are never accepted by Mollycoddled Pets.
Any specialised courier costs as requested by the customer or costs for
delivery outside Australia will be limited to a maximum of AUD$7.50,
and will not exceed courier costs charged to the customer. Any returns
of product not due to manufacturing failure of the product will be at
the customer expense.
All monetary refunds will be made by either credit card or cheque to be
decided by Mollycoddled Pets. If items have been purchased with a
voucher, the money will be credited back to the voucher.
Change of
Mind
Should you change your mind on your product selection, we
will exchange any goods with any other goods of equal value, minus
postage and handling costs*, once the purchase has been returned to
Mollycoddled Pets
and provided the following:
- The goods are returned to Mollycoddled Pets within
ten days of their shipment from Mollycoddled Pets.
- All original packaging is intact and unopened, and
the product has not been used.
- The product is in a suitable state to be resold.
- The product is not damaged in transit.
- A letter or email describing why the product has been
returned is included.
- Our preferred method of return is by Australia Post Economy Post.
"Cash on delivery" or "Postage Due" items are never
accepted by Mollycoddled Pets.
The above does not apply for any products not normally stocked by
Mollycoddled Pets and have been specially ordered or customized as per
a customers request or requirements. This includes all replacement
items and any items offered to customers that Mollycoddled Pets does
not normally stock. This includes Snooza and Rogz Podz beds not
normally stocked by Mollycoddled Pets.
* Please note: Postage and handling costs from the original purchase
will
not be refunded. Any orders that are being returned that had qualified
for free delivery will have the postage costs from the
original order deducted at either AUD$7.50, or the at-cost amount
whichever is the greater.
Any exchange of goods will be subject to normal postage and handling
costs and no free delivery or special offers applies.
